Refund Policy

If you don’t want to continue with the ZepCall service before the end of your subscription period, the Company is not responsible to provide any refund or credit for unused time of Services or plan downgrade.

There will be no exceptions in order to treat all Customers equally and to keep our administrative costs low for the benefit of our Customers.

Details for a trial account, paid subscription, and account deactivation  are as follows:

1. Trial License

After signing up you get a new, fully functional service account. The free ZepCall trial period is valid for 2 weeks. This trial period will help you to test the service in your own business environment and get to know our product thoroughly before making your decision about the subscription.

2. Paid Subscription

Once you decide to subscribe, you will be required to provide your credit card/debit details and subscription period.  We do not offer refunds on already processed payments. This policy applies to all customers, and you are responsible for all charges for your subscription

3. Account Deactivation 

You cannot cancel or deactivate your account on your own. Once the subscription expires, you will get a popup for subscription renewal on your account dashboard. If you wish to enjoy the benefits of ZepCall then you can continue the service otherwise, you can log out of your ZepCall account. Credit from previous payments will be lost and is not refundable.
